Both sides agreed that Hong Kong, as an international financial hub, is an important platform for mainland enterprises going global, and that “law + finance” synergy is an important support for cross-border growth. Going forward, the two sides will leverage their respective strengths in multi-dimensional cooperation: first, promoting two-way referral of clients to provide integrated legal and financial services for cross-border businesses; second, strengthening collaboration at the business front end, jointly conducting risk assessment and prevention to improve service quality and efficiency; and third, drawing on Qianhai’s advantages to hold regular industry exchanges and compliance salons, establish a long-term communication mechanism, and continuously improve the joint cross-border service model for complementary resources and mutual benefit.
The discussion established an efficient platform for cooperation between the firm and a financial institution and consolidated the foundation for cross-border business cooperation. Going forward, the two sides will continue to deepen regular, practical cooperation, empowering enterprises through both law and finance to ensure compliant and steady cross-border operations and to support the high-quality development of cross-border trade and investment in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
