This cooperation is a two-way empowerment and strengths-based partnership between overseas Chinese legal expertise and Qianhai’s foreign-related rule of law platform, and an important step in the firm’s effort to build a diversified and comprehensive foreign-related legal service system and to establish a Spanish legal services offering. The two sides focus on long-term ecosystem cooperation, opening channels that connect Spanish local practice, the rule-of-law needs of overseas Chinese and Qianhai’s institutional opening-up advantages, effectively breaking down information barriers and service gaps in cross-border legal services and providing precise and efficient rule of law protection for China–Spain cross-border business.

Qianhai Law Firm upholds the philosophy of “legal protection, resource bridging, professionalism first, cooperation as the key”. Grounded in rigorous and practical legal services, it integrates domestic and overseas legal, commercial and overseas-Chinese resources to build a cross-border legal service system that is “based in Qianhai, connected to the Greater Bay Area, reaching across the country and linked to the world”. Meeting the two-way needs of Chinese enterprises investing in Spain and Spanish entities developing in China, the firm draws on overseas regional partners with deep Spanish practice to provide both implementation compliance reviews and risk control services for outbound enterprises, and two-way channels for matching resources, empowering industrial cooperation through legal services and resolving practical difficulties in cross-border compliance, resources and risk.
